My beautiful bunny boy Friskie is 11 years old now and has been loved ever since we found him as a stray. He is elderly and frail but still adored by us so much. We wish every animal was loved all of its life like our pets. Hello, We have donated today in honour of our rescue rabbit Bert, who was put to sleep yesterday. We had Bert for 8 years but he was an adult rabbit when he came to us from a local rescue shelter I was volunteering at. He had numerous dental ops over the years, so I know how expensive these can be and therefore rather than paying for his ashes to be returned to us, we have decided to donate to help other rabbits in need instead. About 7/8 years ago we rescued a beautiful bunny called Bugs (we changed her name to Tilley). She was to be a partner for a handsome bunny we had called Russell, who had lost his first partner.
