AFC Wimbledon Foundation

Set up by AFC Wimbledon fans with a trestle table and a signboard outside Morrisons supermarket in Wimbledon at the very beginning of lockdown, DLAG grew rapidly in the following days and weeks, joined by hundreds of fans and non-fans alike. It soon became clear that there was so much more need and so much more that we could do. Across the boroughs of Merton, Wandsworth and Kingston we have so far provided: Over 37,500 weekly boxes food parcels to local households Over 91,000 food boxes to local organisations and charities Over 175 furniture and appliance items to local residents We also donate laptops through our Keep Kids Connected campaign for children who need access to online learning. We have partnered with over 100 aid agencies, supporting people facing food poverty.
