The strength of community spirit here is embodied by hundreds of community groups from U3A to The Hub.

As a community organisation, the Barnard Castle Christmas Lights welcomes you to join as a friend or committee member to help with annual displays and fundraising, events and contributions.

Barnard Castle and Teesdale are popular tourist destinations, and we include visitors in those we warmly welcome to enjoy and support our 7-week display of light.
