Face up to trauma - help women gain support for postnatal PTSD

Most of us hope that birth will be a happy experience - but when it goes wrong, it can be very traumatic and even result in PTSD. For many women, one of the hardest things about a traumatic birth can be the loss of trust in friends, family or health professionals. We're asking people to trust a friend or family member to paint their face - it could be using ordinary make-up such as lipstick and mascara or special face paint to create a character - and then to take a pic and post the result on Facebook or Instagram using the hashtag #TrustAfterTrauma. All the money raised will go to helping support more women experiencing post-traumatic stress disorder after birth.
