Blackpool Food Bank (Trading as The BIG FOOD Project)

The BIG FOOD Project is Blackpool, Wyre & Fylde's surplus food lifeline. We rescue good quality food from supermarkets, suppliers and growers that would otherwise go to waste, and redistribute it through a network of local partners to families, children and individuals who are struggling to afford the basics. By turning potential waste into meals, we tackle hunger, reduce landfill and support better health and wellbeing across our town. Every donation helps us keep our vans on the road, our warehouse open and our shelves stocked, so that no one in our community has to face an empty cupboard.
