Breakout Youth- Boomtown Fair

Breakout Youth celebrates, supports and advocates for young people  age 11-25 who are LGBTQ+ or questioning their sexual and/or gender identity. We offer support to young people across Hampshire, Southampton and the Isle of Wight. We have been offering support for over 30 years, creating safe spaces for young people to explore their identities, make connections in their community & realise their potential.  Through delivering 7 weekly youth groups (Basingstoke, Andover, New Milton, Marchwood, Southampton, IOW and an online group), 1:1 support, Advocacy, LGBTQ+ Awareness training, we support over 450 young people every year.

We would like to raise money to be able to provide additional activites for young poeple; to support them to increase their self esteem, confidence, communication skills, team work skills and reduce their isolationa and lonliness.

Thank you to the Boomtown Team and Boomtown festival goers, for supporting Breakout Youth to support the LGBTQ+ young people of Hampshire and the IOW.
