Why FOBS Matters

The staff at Bathford School work tirelessly to provide the best for every child. Yet with national funding under strain, many resources and activities – from classroom essentials to inspiring experiences – now need extra support.

Friends of Bathford School (FOBS) has an important role to play in helping the school and our children to continue to thrive.

What We Do

FOBS is a registered charity run by parents and carers. Our purpose is simple: to raise funds that give children the experiences and opportunities that make school exciting and memorable. With the incredible support of families and the wider community, we raised £18,000 last year.

Those funds helped pay for:

• Forest School – hands-on outdoor learning that builds resilience and curiosity
• The Opal Play storage shed and equipment – igniting imagination and transforming playtimes into action and adventure
• Eudcational Resources – new books and a library makeover that encourages children to experience the joy of reading

Why your support matters

Every donation makes a difference. Together, we create opportunities the school simply couldn’t provide alone. Every penny of profit goes directly back into enriching our children’s school experience.
