Grand Avenue Leavers 2025

Every year, Year 6 parents fundraise so that all the Year 6 children leave with fond memories and mementos of their time at Grand Avenue. Our fundraising goal: £4,000

What will our year 6 leavers get?

• A yearbook full of photos and precious memories (Full colour, over 40 pages in 2023).
• A “leavers” hoodie (Complete with the names of students in the year group)
• An extra gift yet to be determind (in 2024 it was a framed caricature of each child)
• A brilliant leavers party in the children’s preferred theme, full of surprises

In recent years fundraising activities have been more difficult so we have asked year 6 families to donate to the fund directly. This is the link for your donations. Donations can be completely anonymous if you choose so.

If you are a year 6 parent, and can donate your time, ideas or expertise to help with some of these activities please contact your  parent class reps.

Please remember to register for gift aid if you are a UK tax payer to maximise your donation. Doing so can add a further 25p on every £1 donation, and really helps with the small fees National Fundraising Scheme charge!

THANK YOU!

Grand Avenue School Parents Association is a charity with the aim to raise as money for our school to buy equipment and facilities and provide experiences that will enhance our children's learning while they progress through Grand Avenue. Along the way, we want to create a community spirit among parents, children and teachers and have lots of fun!

Any funds remaining after the costs of this year 6 leavers project are met will be transferred to the school charity's main campaign.
