At Head In The Game, we offer free weekly sport sessions for people of all backgrounds and abilities. From football and walking to badminton and netball, there’s something for everyone. Led by experienced sport and mental health coaches, each session blends physical activity with time to talk in a safe, welcoming environment. By bringing people together through sport, we help build confidence, connection and mental fitness — offering vital support when life feels toughest.
