Keynsham and District Mencap Society

Keynsham and District Mencap Society are based between Bristol and Bath provide essential support via a fully inclusive program of activities for 150 local residents of these areas who have profound and multiple learning disabilities and complex needs including Autism, some of whom also have physical disabilities. Our 10 projects include; social clubs for adults and children, music lessons and sports clubs, we organise group holidays, community outings and outdoor pursuit activities. In essence we offer people with learning disabilities the same opportunities as their ‘peers’ in a safe and supported environment. Whilst at the same time providing much needed respite to parents and carers.
