Lichfield Charity Christmas Tractor Run 2026

About the Lichfield Charity Christmas Tractor Run

The Lichfield Charity Christmas Tractor Run is back for its third year, bringing festive cheer to the streets of Lichfield while raising vital funds for local and regional charities.

Taking place on Sunday 20th December 2026, the event will see up to 100 tractors, decorated with Christmas lights and festive displays, travel in convoy from Ryman's Christmas Trees in Wall, through Lichfield city centre and the surrounding area.

Running from approximately 5pm to 8pm, the tractor run brings together local farmers, agricultural businesses and the wider community for a spectacular Christmas celebration, all in support of some fantastic causes.

The event is proudly organised by Lichfield Young Farmers Club, Ryman's Christmas Trees and South Staffordshire Water, working together to deliver an enjoyable community event while making a positive difference.

Our Charities for 2026

This year, we are raising money for three worthwhile causes:

Pathway Project

Based in Lichfield, Pathway Project is a local charity dedicated to supporting adults, children and families affected by domestic abuse. The charity provides essential services including emergency accommodation, confidential advice, counselling and specialist support, helping people escape abusive situations and rebuild their lives in safety.

Midlands Air Ambulance Charity

Midlands Air Ambulance Charity provides lifesaving emergency medical care across Staffordshire and the wider Midlands. Operating helicopters and critical care cars, its specialist medical teams respond to serious accidents and medical emergencies, delivering advanced treatment directly to patients when every second counts. The charity relies on public donations to fund its daily lifesaving missions.

Lichfield Young Farmers Club

Lichfield Young Farmers Club provides opportunities for young people in the local rural community to develop new skills, build friendships and gain confidence through social activities, competitions, community projects and fundraising. Money raised will help support the club's continued activities and its work with future generations of young people.

Bringing Our Community Together

The Lichfield Charity Christmas Tractor Run is about much more than tractors and Christmas lights. It's an opportunity to celebrate our agricultural community, bring families and friends together and raise money for organisations making a genuine difference.

Whether you're taking part behind the wheel or watching from the roadside, your support helps make this event possible.

Join us on Sunday 20th December 2026 for an evening of festive lights, community spirit and fundraising for three fantastic causes!

Further details, including the full tractor route and spectator information, will be announced soon.
