About National Army Museum Foundation
The National Army Museum (NAM) holds the world’s leading collection of artefacts relating to the history of the British Army.
The Museum’s Collection is the world’s largest single accumulation of the material culture of the British Army. It spans over 400 years, has over 1,000,000 artefacts and 622 linear metres of archives and photographs and is actively growing.
The Museum has developed an award-winning learning offer working with a diverse range of audiences from schools and family groups to Army recruits and academics. As well as reaching over 20,000 users through formal presentations, NAM welcomes learners from across the generations via its research and digital services, speaking and lecture programmes and family events and activities.
