Keep Oldland Windmill’s sweeps turning !!

Given in memory of the late Roy Short who did so much for the mill

Thank you for kindly letting us have some wedding photos taken here - the ones we have seen so far have come out beautifully. A lovely mill that we happened across on a winter walk.

Ran past and was an open day on, I used to live on a farm that once had a watermill & love history so was amazing to be allowed inside & hear about the mill. I had no cash on me so happy to donate.

I love Oldlands Mill and would like to support the care and maintenance of such a beautiful landmark.

My daughter and I were cycling past, we stopped to take some pictures and were then kindly invited for a tour around. Thanks for you time and incredible knowledge about the Windmill.

We arrived at the windmill with no cash but were still welcomed in, Fred was soo interesting to talk to and encouraged our son to ask all sorts of interesting questions. He even got to help move the direction of the mill. A memorable visit which won’t be forgotten, thank you.

Just been to see Oldland Windmill. It is immaculate, well done with the restoration and best wishes with its ongoing care
