PITLOCHRY INFORMATION POINT
FOR VISITORS AND LOCAL RESIDENTS

Pitlochry is a very popular tourist destination, attracting visitors from all around the world to our bonnie wee town. We plan to setup a small Information Point at Pitlochry Town Hall, (a facility the town is lacking after VisitScotland's change to a digital-only approach).

Funding will contribute towards the level of service that Pitlochry Town Hall can provide for our visitors, as well as the ability to assist community members with information on local amenities, resources, events and digital technology - for example. 

To support a new Visitor Information Point at Pitlochry Town Hall we are appealing for a donations from local businesses and visitors.

To support a new Information Point we are appealing for a donations from local businesses and visitors. £125 is suggested for local accommodation providers, major attractions and such like. A more modest donation is welcome for smaller tourism related businesses and individuals who wish to contribute. The buidling was originally funded by public subscription.

Funding will help aspects such as the physical setup of the information desk, the presentation of the area including decorating and displays, promotional materials, signage, training materials for local volunteers, and other such expenses to run and expand the Information point for the benefit of visitors and local residents alike.
