In Harmony Liverpool

Every week, 1,790 young people aged 0-18 across Everton and Anfield learn a musical instrument, sing, and compose, free of charge.

In July 2026, In Harmony Liverpool celebrated its 17th anniversary, and we are incredibly proud of how the project has grown, embedding music deeply within the community.

"I have been playing the double bass for 5 years and it has helped me through stressful and emotional times” Grace, In Harmony participant

In Harmony is targeted at children with the greatest need and the fewest resources. Over 40% of In Harmony children are classed as living in poverty.

In 2023 we introduced additional activities for teenagers in the form of youth hubs. These hubs combine youth club culture with musical education after school, helping teenagers to continue their journey to higher education and employment.

Over the next few years, we aim to open two more youth hubs in Liverpool with the ambition of reaching an additional 250 young people each week.
