We will all need our church at some point in our life, weddings, christenings and funerals. The church is the heart of our village.
It's so important to keep our heritage going for both ourselves and future generations.
About St Michaels & All Angels Church
St Michael & All Angels Church is in the village of Eastington, pleasantly located on the River Frome and the Stroudwater Navigation Canal conveniently placed for access to the M5, Stroud and Stonehouse. Eastington has a primary school, playgroup and the William Morris College. The village also has a pub, store, hairdressers, butcher, farm shop, wedding venue. The church is in need of significant roof repairs which will require substantial expenditure and plans are progressing with ways to finance this via fund raising and grant applications. Services take place across the Stroudwater Team, including daily prayer at 9.30am and 9pm on the Stroudwater Team Facebook page Mondays-Saturdays. It has a friendly outward looking congregation, many of whom are involved in other aspects of village life.
