We help people learn something new, feel supported and make a change. Most of our groups are free. We cater for people from age 11 upwards. We offer exercise classes for all abilities, singing for all age groups, dancing and creative workshops for our younger patrons. We also help with community events, put on discos in a safe environment for the under 18's . Help bring organisations like the Police and medical centres together with the public. We work closely with all 8 of the local secondary schools often taking assemblies and we offer English classes to those whose first language is not English Young people can come to us knowing they can be themselves in a safe place. They have their own committee where they can meet, plan and discuss.
