re:minds is a peer support service for parents and carers of children with mental health challenges, adhd, autism and other neurodivergent conditions. with 11 years’ experience, we now support over 7,000 families across southampton, hampshire and beyond. we combine specialist training with lived experience to offer practical, honest support from people who truly understand. we provide advice, one to one support, groups, workshops, courses and resources, and work alongside camhs as a trusted link between services and families.
