Appeal

Help Alanouwaly to connect Communities

Many diverse groups from global and mixed heritage do not mix and misunderstandings can turn to hate. Extensive online world exasperates by isolation/loneliness creates mental health problems. People feel the lack of belonging and community with a lack of money causing lack of access to cultural events.

(For 18 years) Alanouwaly (has) collaborates with partner groups or individuals to offer African Drum and Diverse Dance workshops and an Annual Community Music festival. Cultures are shared and meaningful connections are built between people of all backgrounds, ages and ability regardless of financial means. Hate is reduced and happier, healthier and connected communities are created.

To connect us globally we also support our partner group in Guinea with self-help projects: organisational development, IT training, clean water & environmentally sustainable solutions, tailoring for women and more. "In the 2024 Global MPI report, 66.2% of the population in Guinea was multidimensionally poor" and our vision is to help local people in Boke to help themselves.
