Removing Barriers to the NYBBGB

Participation in National Youth Brass Band of Great Britain activities is open to all, and it remains the firm desire of the NYBBGB that financial circumstances should not be a barrier to the inclusion of any young musician in our activities

The NYBB operates a highly successful bursary scheme which has enabled the participation of a number of young musicians in NYBBGB courses, who without financial support would not have been to take part

Recent years have seen increased requests for financial assistance, and sources of support for NYBBGB bursaries are constantly being sought

Support of the NYBBGB bursary scheme is possible via membership of the Friends of the National Youth Brass Band, and also now via our new Donate campaign. Even the smallest donation will make a very real difference
