Help a Young Person Discover Fishing – and Themselves
Right now, many young people are struggling with stress, anxiety, and feeling disconnected. Something as simple as a fishing session can change that.
At Reel Minds CIC, we use fishing to give young people a safe space to breathe, build confidence, and connect—with nature, with others, and with themselves.
But for many, cost is a barrier.
Your donation can help provide:
• Fishing equipment for those who don’t have any
• Safe, guided sessions with experienced mentors
• Travel support to access peaceful outdoor spaces
- For just £25, you can fund a young person’s first session.
- £400 can support a full session of up to 16 kids..

Hi, this donation was collected at one of our club competitions from members (Osprey Fly Fishing association)
It was donated in memory of our dear friend Steven Smith (Smicko) who sadly took his life in May 2025.
