reel minds cic is a community organisation based in pontypridd, south wales, using the simple power of fishing to improve mental health and wellbeing. we provide safe, welcoming sessions where anyone can take time out, connect with others, and experience the calm of being by the water. our activities are designed to reduce isolation, ease anxiety, and build confidence, helping people find peace in nature and strength in community. every donation goes directly into creating and sustaining these opportunities, funding equipment, coaching, and venue access. with your support, we can reach more people across south wales, making fishing a pathway to hope, resilience, and better mental health.
