172 Miles, One Mission, Changing Lives

172 Miles. One Mission. Changing Lives.

Our friend Leigh Morton is taking on an incredible challenge —172 miles across three triathlons — to raise funds for Reel Minds and shine a light on men’s mental health and suicide awareness.

This isn’t just about endurance… it’s about purpose.

Leigh is doing this in memory of his close friend, Ryan Lloyd, who tragically took his own life in 2024.

Through every mile, every stroke, every pedal, and every step, Leigh is carrying Ryan’s memory — and a powerful message:

No man should feel like he has to struggle alone.

The Challenge:

• April 27th – Lydney Sprint Triathlon

750m swim | 40km bike | 10km run

• May 17th – Nottingham Half Outlaw (70.3 miles)

Swim | Bike | Run

• July 12th – Swansea Ironman 70.3 (70.3 miles)

Swim | Bike | Run

Leigh believes deeply in the work Reel Minds does — creating spaces where men can open up, connect, and support each other through life’s toughest moments.

He knows that sometimes, a simple conversation or shared experience can be the difference between feeling lost and finding hope.

“Men need to talk. They need connection. They need to know they’re not alone.”

Every donation will help us continue reaching those who need it most — offering support, building friendships, and saving lives.

Please support Leigh’s journey if you can, and help us spread this message far and wide.
